Pay attention while using your computer!!!

Computers are one of the greatest pieces of technology, and they are part of everyday life. I can not imagine what our world would be without them. They are used for social network, for entertainment, for work and many other things. 
 However a lot of health problems can result from inappropriate computer use. For instance:


- EYE STRAIN is a common health problem which causes headache, nausea and blurring or double vision
- Swelling, weakness, pain in arms and wrists or burning sensation are symptoms of REPETITIVE STRAIN INJURY
- Inappropriate seating position can be reason for your BACK PAIN
- Computers also make people's life so STRESSFUL  


Therefore we have to protect our selves when we use them. All of us should find a time and read how to take care for their health. There are many things we can do to solve these problems, such us: using wrist rests, keep  elbows close to your sides, don't slouch, use adaptable monitors and keep your eyes 18 inches from the screen. Afterwards you can use an adjustable chair and have a break after one hour typing. However you shouldn't place food or drink near the computer.


I think that everyone must pay attention while using the computers.
